數字化?智能壓力/差壓變送器是我公司自行開發的多功能數字式智能儀表,在采用成熟的、可靠的傳感器技術基礎上,結合先進的單片計算機技術和傳感器數字轉換技術精心設計而成。核心部件采用十六位單片機,其強大的功能和高速的運算能力保證了變送器的優良品質。整個的設計框架著眼于可靠性、穩定性、高精度和智能化,滿足日益提高的工業現場應用之要求。為此,軟件中應用了數字信號處理技術,使其具有優良的抗干擾能力和零點穩定性,且具備零點自動穩定跟蹤能力(ZSC)和溫度自動補償能力(TSC)。強大的界面功能無需手操器也能保證了良好的交互性。數字表頭能夠顯示壓力、溫度、電流三種物理量,及0-100%模擬指示,按鍵操作能方便地在無標準壓力源的情況下完成零點遷移、量程設定、阻尼設定等基本的參數設置,極大地方便了現場調試。S-PORT串行通信口通過專用轉接模塊直接與計算機通信,上位機界面可以完成比按鍵操作更多的功能。接專用RS485模塊可以實現數字信號遠傳,或構建RS485工業局域網。數字化?智能壓力/差壓變送器可選HART模塊,當變送器加裝HART模塊后,具有HART通信能力,可用通用手操器進行常規操作。用我公司提供的專用通信設備和軟件可進行標定和溫度補償等操作。數字化?智能壓力/差壓變送器可廣泛地應用于石油、化工、鋼鐵、電力、輕工、環保等工業領域,實現對各種壓力、差壓、流量、液位等工業過程的測量,能夠適用于各種惡劣危險環境及腐蝕性介質。

壓力變送器的發展歷史
壓力變送器的發展大體經歷了四個階段:
(1)早期壓力變送器采用大位移式工作原理,這些變送器精度低且笨重。
(2)20世紀50年代有了精度稍高的力平衡式差壓變送器,但反饋力小,結構復雜,可靠性、穩定性和抗振性均較差。
(3)20世紀70年代中期,隨著新工藝、新材料、新技術的出現,尤其是電子技術的迅猛發展,出現體積小巧,結構簡單的位移式變送器。
(4)20世紀90年代科學技術迅猛發展,變送器測量精度提高而且逐漸向智能化發展,數字信號傳輸更有利于數據采集,出現了擴散硅壓阻式變送器、電容式變送器、差動電感式變送器和陶瓷電容式變送器等不同類型。
